With a left leg Ur Sobarzo saved Topaipi from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Berriotxoa Morente got free with Dominix Balda in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the game, Basajaun Parada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dominix Balda. Basajaun Parada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Berriotxoa Morente got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Dominix Balda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basajaun Parada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basajaun Parada succeeded in the game's 46th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basajaun Parada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd minute Berriotxoa Morente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominix Balda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Basajaun Parada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Topaipi's supporters rose to their feet, but Basajaun Parada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dominix Balda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ATLETICO BUCARAMANGA's Gitano Fornell got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Topaipi's Berriotxoa Morente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dominix Balda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. 78 minutes into the match, ATLETICO BUCARAMANGA's goal looked a bit too open when Basajaun Parada came free, but Dominix Balda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Basajaun Parada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th match minute, Topaipi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateus Ermua to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Vladimiro Caneda in the 90th minute really tested Ur Sobarzo's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Quintan Lorca came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ur Sobarzo could save by the left post. Ur Sobarzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Quintan Lorca in the 97th minute. ATLETICO BUCARAMANGA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
