Escalones's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Macerio Larena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Macerio Larena came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Provenza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Macerio Larena couldn't finish the play. When Damario Iribarria fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Provenza FC's protests and gave Damario Iribarria a yellow card for diving instead. Damario Iribarria kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Damario Iribarria had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 32 minutes, Ximenez Olmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Escalones and the Provenza FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Escalones booed when Provenza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Socorro Pazo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Macerio Larena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Vitor Maestu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cris Santavida struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Vitor Maestu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Provenza FC. Macerio Larena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitor Maestu having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Macerio Larena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Macerio Larena sped through Escalones's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vitor Maestu. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Goyo Gene made the kick off in the second half. Vitor Maestu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Macerio Larena in the 52nd minute of the match. Gomesano Varaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goyo Gene in the 55th minute of play. Vitor Maestu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macerio Larena, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Provenza FC's Macerio Larena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitor Maestu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gomesano Varaona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Goyo Gene in the 61st minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Goyo Gene who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Provenza FC's Gomesano Varaona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Gomesano Varaona managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Escalones's Incendio Matesanz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Raul Regaño hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Incendio Matesanz struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Gomesano Varaona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escalones. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xever Ruidiaz during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Xever Ruidiaz kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Macerio Larena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Vitor Maestu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Macerio Larena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute.
