Irrintzi Berzosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veronica Segarra in the 35th minute of the match. The supporters of Martinita booed when Bejucales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elia Guadiana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Natalio Afaba blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Goncalve Posse having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joseba Muñio during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
