Achotal's Herena Purrigimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kusko Tene in the 25th minute of play. Hunfredo Trespalacios took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herena Purrigimon. Herena Purrigimon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Caracakingo Opacio hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Kemen Gaztelumendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After 37 played minutes Achotal got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Toria. If Kusko Tene had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herena Purrigimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Herencia in the 43rd minute of the match. Hunfredo Trespalacios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herena Purrigimon having to interfere.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kusko Tene was the one to do the kick off. Herena Purrigimon made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Hunfredo Trespalacios sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the game, Catalina's Hunfredo Trespalacios nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Herena Purrigimon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Kemen Gaztelumendi hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Ricart Berdu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Balesio Gadano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Achotal's Kemen Gaztelumendi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Balesio Gadano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Balesio Gadano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricart Berdu, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Kusko Tene sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hunfredo Trespalacios got free with Herena Purrigimon in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Balesio Gadano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kemen Gaztelumendi's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Hunfredo Trespalacios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Kemen Gaztelumendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Balesio Gadano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricart Berdu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balesio Gadano having to interfere. Hunfredo Trespalacios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Achotal's Umea Soldevilla got a free kick in the 94th minute. Herena Purrigimon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kusko Tene, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Catalina's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
