Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Osvaldo Botas got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Guachane's zone, Ricart Berdu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Calonge came out of the goal and Ricart Berdu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Osvaldo Botas came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Guachane fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Botas couldn't finish the play. Isauro Ruescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Herena Purrigimon made a huge save. Kemen Gaztelumendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Mark Calonge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teyo Simon hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Osvaldo Botas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urtzi Acebes hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 45 played minutes Achotal got a freekick which was hit by Saverio Toria. Achotal's Herena Purrigimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Botas in the 48th minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricart Berdu made a kick off. When Pelayo Carrera fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Achotal's protests and gave Pelayo Carrera a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Achotal's Pelayo Carrera got a free kick in the 54th minute. A collision led to Achotal getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Teyo Simon hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Guachane's Espiridion Dominguez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Herena Purrigimon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Botas in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match Gorbea Vilaro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herena Purrigimon skillfully saved the ball. If Isauro Ruescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Botas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herena Purrigimon having to interfere. The Guachane fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Guachane's Osvaldo Botas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Osvaldo Botas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Achotal's Herena Purrigimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Botas in the 81st minute of play. Herena Purrigimon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isauro Ruescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Herena Purrigimon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Botas in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Guachane's zone, Kemen Gaztelumendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mark Calonge came out of the goal and Kemen Gaztelumendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herena Purrigimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isauro Ruescas in the 92nd minute of the match. Osvaldo Botas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herena Purrigimon having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Guachane had played much better football throughout.
