Erasmo Nogro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ignacio Licardi. Tabaquera's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Lia Gama's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacio Licardi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Doido FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xayveon Mancobo came free, but Xencio Torriba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ignacio Licardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lia Gama, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Regis Bañuelos kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Hondo Besga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The referee ignored Tabaquera's protests and gave Regis Bañuelos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Tabaquera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Regis Bañuelos to maneuver through the defense. After 86 minutes of play Tabaquera's Regis Bañuelos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 87th minute, Regis Bañuelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lia Gama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute, Hondo Besga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Doido FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
