Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mingo Gijon kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Beatriz FC's Angel Fernando got control of the ball when Jimeno Sanjuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Ovies in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jordi Antoñano saved Espejuelo from getting behind. Mingo Gijon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 19th minute. Espejuelo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Espejuelo's Jordi Antoñano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evaristo Ovies in the 22nd minute of play. Jordi Antoñano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Llibre, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Mingo Gijon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Espejuelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Mingo Gijon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Fernando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lohitzun Cortiguera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Angel Fernando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Renaldo Rejon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermano Longoria struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Jordi Antoñano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beatriz FC. After having played for 35 minutes, Jesus Llibre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beatriz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Llibre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Beatriz FC booed when Espejuelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renaldo Rejon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 played minutes, Beatriz FC's Ermano Longoria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jordi Antoñano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Beatriz FC reached it. Jesus Llibre scored 0-1 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jordi Antoñano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Ovies was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Beatriz FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Bernal Nabarro hit a great ball. When Espejuelo's Mingo Gijon in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Beatriz FC's goalie prevented a goal. Evaristo Ovies sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Beatriz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mingo Gijon came free, but Angel Fernando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Evaristo Ovies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jordi Antoñano was a little too slow when Evaristo Ovies got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-2. Angel Fernando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mingo Gijon, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Beatriz FC's Jesus Llibre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jordi Antoñano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Sanjuan in the 95th minute of play forced Beatriz FC's goalkeeper Angel Fernando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beatriz FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
