Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garin Perrote in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodosio Cabañeros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guinpiaren FC's goalkeeper Teodosio Cabañeros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teodosio Cabañeros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garin Perrote, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Mero Portanares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guinpiaren FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mero Portanares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reynaldo Bojorquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Zarza, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Oton Campelo charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oton Campelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Guinpiaren FC booed when Millonarios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oton Campelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes in the game Mero Portanares after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Reynaldo Bojorquez. A very good opportunity. Reynaldo Bojorquez was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Veto Murieta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Veto Murieta really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Teodosio Cabañeros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garin Perrote in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Melchor Zarza to make the kick off. Bakar Biñe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Millonarios's Oton Campelo got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Guinpiaren FC's goalkeeper Teodosio Cabañeros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Garin Perrote. After a rather tough play, Guinpiaren FC's Veto Murieta got a free kick in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Guinpiaren FC's goal looked a bit too open when Garin Perrote came free, but Teodosio Cabañeros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Etxekopar Magadan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Guinpiaren FC's Teodosio Cabañeros did a great save. The supporters of Guinpiaren FC booed when Millonarios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eutor Corral didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute of the match Zenaido Sobrefuentes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reynaldo Bojorquez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 68th minute Mero Portanares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Bojorquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bakar Biñe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Teodosio Cabañeros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodosio Cabañeros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Etxekopar Magadan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. Reynaldo Bojorquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Zarza in the 84th minute of play. If Garin Perrote had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gentza Sastrias charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gentza Sastrias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 90 played minutes Guinpiaren FC got a freekick which was hit by Gentza Sastrias.
