Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Turaba's Donato Turres started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Leopoldo Melcon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Turaba's Eguntsenti Villerias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Mankeis FC booed when Turaba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peyo Valer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caitano Alzolaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Eguntsenti Villerias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eguntsenti Villerias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caitano Alzolaras in the 10th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Librado Pozuelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caitano Alzolaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Eguntsenti Villerias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes in the game, Rik Devesa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Etor Urbino having to interfere. Weather Molla kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Caitano Alzolaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leopoldo Melcon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Leopoldo Melcon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eguntsenti Villerias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Melcon in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eguntsenti Villerias saved Turaba from getting behind. Leopoldo Melcon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eguntsenti Villerias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mankeis FC's Caitano Alzolaras got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Melcon notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Turaba's Eguntsenti Villerias. Eguntsenti Villerias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Turaba players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mankeis FC were winning 0-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopoldo Melcon was the one to do the kick off. Leopoldo Melcon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Eguntsenti Villerias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Melcon struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Eguntsenti Villerias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mankeis FC. Turaba's Donato Turres got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Etor Urbino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rik Devesa in the 59th minute of the match. When Caitano Alzolaras came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Mankeis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caitano Alzolaras couldn't finish the play. Eguntsenti Villerias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Melcon, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Turaba's Eguntsenti Villerias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Melcon in the 68th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Melcon in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eguntsenti Villerias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mankeis FC's Caitano Alzolaras got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Mankeis FC booed when Turaba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikeldi Iturbe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute Leopoldo Melcon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eguntsenti Villerias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caitano Alzolaras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Melcon in the 89th minute of play forced Turaba's goalkeeper Eguntsenti Villerias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Caitano Alzolaras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mankeis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caitano Alzolaras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caitano Alzolaras might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eguntsenti Villerias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caitano Alzolaras ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match was over Mankeis FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Turaba throughout the match.
