The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chesus Fontano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Guzman's Gorka Alda got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chesus Fontano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerico Lasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Sutatausa's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Bentisca came free, but Chesus Fontano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luzea Cotilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toro Arzola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luzea Cotilla in the 22nd minute. A hard shot by Yiyo Brunati from long distance, 24 minutes into the match, got Toro Arzola's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 28 minutes, Rodney Villadiego mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guzman and the Sutatausa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sutatausa booed when Guzman was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodney Villadiego didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jerico Lasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorka Alda in the 44th minute of play forced Sutatausa's goalkeeper Chesus Fontano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guzman's Gorka Alda got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jerico Lasa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A very good chance. Sutatausa were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Guzman for a fine match.
