Aloisio Guia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xzavion Torga having to interfere. In the 8th minute Larra Arandia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavion Torga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Pericongo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simao Aranguiz to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 11 in the game by Berenguer Esquivias from a close distance when the talented Behe Louzara managed to make a qualified save. Pericongo FC's players were relieved. When Salvator Torcida fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pericongo FC's protests and gave Salvator Torcida a yellow card for diving instead. Salvator Torcida hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 15thth minute of the game Musko Verdaguer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pericongo FC's Behe Louzara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Berenguer Esquivias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Aizpurua charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldo Aizpurua the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aldo Aizpurua hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Larra Arandia took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Xzavion Torga. Xzavion Torga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Musko Verdaguer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Behe Louzara was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. The attack was good, but when Musko Verdaguer in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Aloisio Guia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Xzavion Torga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Salazar getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Tximitx Cercalde hit a great ball. Pericongo FC's Aloisio Guia got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Larra Arandia to make the kick off. Donostia Somavilla charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donostia Somavilla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Musko Verdaguer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Behe Louzara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Pericongo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lapurdi Tarresola to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Salazar's Cordarrol Damar got a free kick in the 66th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Pericongo FC's Lapurdi Tarresola tried to score from far away in the 67th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Xzavion Torga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Larra Arandia's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 71 minutes of play, Salazar's Berenguer Esquivias made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Behe Louzara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Salvator Torcida kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the game's 78th minute Salazar's Ibon Valderas took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Behe Louzara and thus the score was 3-1. Xzavion Torga was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Larra Arandia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 87 minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Salazar fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pericongo FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
