Andes's Leheren Pintado got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 6 minutes into the game, Gaztea Sesse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ambulu FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Andes the free kick. The supporters of Andes booed when Ambulu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaztea Sesse didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Andes's Imanol Hudobro tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Bedes got free with Marcelino Villariño in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 21 minutes, Froylan Esquide mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Andes and the Ambulu FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Andes's Froylan Esquide got a free kick in the 21st minute. Azeari Aveo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guerau Maquiano having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Gaztea Sesse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Azeari Aveo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Guerau Maquiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 32 minutes, Tomas Bedes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ambulu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Bedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guerau Maquiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leheren Pintado in the 39th minute of play. Tomas Bedes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Marcelino Villariño made a huge save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Azeari Aveo made a kick off. Fidensio Merida's late challenge caught a Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidensio Merida helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Azeari Aveo in the 64th minute of play forced Ambulu FC's goalkeeper Guerau Maquiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Tomas Bedes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ambulu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Bedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zosimo Naveda fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Andes's protests and gave Zosimo Naveda a yellow card for diving instead. Zosimo Naveda kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Ambulu FC's Fidensio Merida tried to score from far away in the 69th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Tomas Bedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Bedes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelino Villariño read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Azeari Aveo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 87thth minute of the game Tomas Bedes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Andes's Marcelino Villariño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Leheren Pintado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andes were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
