Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Orlin Azcona got the match started through his kick off. Jerico Ochoa hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Formerio Taracena had several of the Pinorroa FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 7 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Dominguez Cerrudemos as he didn't even see the shot coming. Formerio Taracena struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Dominguez Cerrudemos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matamoros. In the 25th minute, Andrea Elorduy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vennancio Barrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ler Reyna, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 41 played minutes, Pinorroa FC's Orlin Azcona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vennancio Barrera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pinorroa FC reached it. Pinorroa FC's Urki Vanegas got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 48th minute Orlin Azcona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vennancio Barrera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Pinorroa FC's corner Everardo Iriusta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vennancio Barrera quite easily take care of the ball.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Cueva made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Pinorroa FC's Terciero Ascorbe got a free kick in the 58th minute. Carlos Cueva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Matamoros's zone, Orlin Azcona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vennancio Barrera came out of the goal and Orlin Azcona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlin Azcona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 72 minutes into the game, Ler Reyna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Vennancio Barrera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Matamoros getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Andrew Vidarte hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Ler Reyna notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Matamoros's Vennancio Barrera. Vennancio Barrera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Vennancio Barrera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Ler Reyna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dominguez Cerrudemos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Formerio Taracena went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Pinorroa FC's Dominguez Cerrudemos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Cueva in the 99th minute of play.
