In the 9th minute, Cordairo Veguri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 11 minutes, Thomas Alzorbe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Green skull and the Olivera players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 11 played minutes Green skull got a freekick which was hit by Thomas Alzorbe. After 19 minutes of play, Green skull's Inko Rivas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodoro Corro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 22 minutes, Cordairo Veguri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Green skull's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordairo Veguri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Green skull's Thomas Alzorbe got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Green skull's Thomas Alzorbe got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Thomas Alzorbe off the ground. Thomas Alzorbe kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 48th minute Green skull were awarded a corner. Senio Cartagena went to the cornerflag to take it. After 49 played minutes Green skull got a freekick which was hit by Ixaka Tormes.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cordairo Veguri to strike the kick off in the second half. Green skull's Inko Rivas got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordairo Veguri in the 58th minute of play forced Olivera's goalkeeper Teodoro Corro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Corro came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Green skull's Inko Rivas. But to his dismay, Inko Rivas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Inko Rivas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Teodoro Corro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Clis Fortuño cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Paulino Goveo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Sandaili Antecha came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Olivera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandaili Antecha couldn't finish the play. Inko Rivas kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordairo Veguri in the 84th minute of play forced Olivera's goalkeeper Teodoro Corro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Olivera's zone, Cordairo Veguri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Corro came out of the goal and Cordairo Veguri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Green skull's Ixaka Tormes got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teodoro Corro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordairo Veguri in the 91st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Inko Rivas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green skull's supporters rose to their feet, but Inko Rivas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Corro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cordairo Veguri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inko Rivas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Corro having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Green skull failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
