Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Karlo Vecilla got the match started through his kick off. Veronica Guevara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Goxenola in the 3rd minute of the match. When Xicu Mella came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Olympik AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xicu Mella couldn't finish the play. In the 6thth minute of the game Blas Goxenola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pozon FC's Veronica Guevara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rene Fariñada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karlo Vecilla in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Aztore Loizaga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rumaldo Mansilla came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rene Fariñada could save by the left post. In the 17th match minute, Olympik AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquez Galarza to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes Olympik AS got a freekick which was hit by Aztore Loizaga. Opilano Camargo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Rene Fariñada made a huge save. Rene Fariñada made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karlo Vecilla in the 24th minute of play. Uxio Carvajal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Veronica Guevara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Blas Goxenola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olympik AS's supporters rose to their feet, but Blas Goxenola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veronica Guevara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olympik AS's Luix Sordo got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Blas Goxenola came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Olympik AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Goxenola couldn't finish the play. If Aztore Loizaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Xicu Mella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olympik AS's supporters rose to their feet, but Xicu Mella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Veronica Guevara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luix Sordo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Olympik AS were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blas Goxenola made a kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Blas Goxenola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olympik AS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Goxenola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Cugat Otal in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Olympik AS's Ado Rigueiro. Rene Fariñada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karlo Vecilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 70th minute, Ado Rigueiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karlo Vecilla kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Xicu Mella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olympik AS's Rene Fariñada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlo Vecilla in the 79th minute of play. Blas Goxenola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Blas Goxenola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Olympik AS's Blas Goxenola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Veronica Guevara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Pozon FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olympik AS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
