Porfiro Aleman's late challenge caught a Cincelejo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Porfiro Aleman helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cincelejo booed when Holanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Armendarez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Garoa Arozamena in the 33rd minute. Chumo Lambarri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
