If Xamo Galindez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eder Santillion hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. MAKEMBA's Marcones Alseda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save MAKEMBA from getting a goal against them. If Aureo Collado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Xamo Galindez came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the MAKEMBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xamo Galindez couldn't finish the play. Paco Astonzas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Marcones Alseda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Llano's Gilberto Nebot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureo Collado in the 26th minute of play. MAKEMBA's Marcones Alseda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save MAKEMBA from getting a goal against them. If Paco Astonzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paco Astonzas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcones Alseda having to interfere. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Llano's goalkeeper Gilberto Nebot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xamo Galindez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilberto Nebot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureo Collado in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Sancho Cemborain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xamo Galindez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Nebot having to interfere. The Llano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MAKEMBA were winning 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aureo Collado was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paco Astonzas in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcones Alseda saved MAKEMBA from getting behind. Gilberto Nebot made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Xamo Galindez sent off a good shot on target. Gilberto Nebot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureo Collado, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 61 minutes into the match, MAKEMBA's goal looked a bit too open when Sancho Cemborain came free, but Marcones Alseda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Gilberto Nebot managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when MAKEMBA's Xamo Galindez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 64 minutes into the match, MAKEMBA's Aureo Collado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Nebot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xamo Galindez in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gilberto Nebot, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Francho Vidania kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Xamo Galindez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Llano's goalkeeper Gilberto Nebot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilberto Nebot made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Xamo Galindez sent off a good shot on target. Xamo Galindez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Gilberto Nebot when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jaen Astonzas kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Tomas Venegas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 83rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Llano getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Francho Vidania hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, MAKEMBA's Xelo Duque broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Francho Vidania got his second yellow card in the match during the 88th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 88th match minute, Llano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francho Vidania to maneuver through the defense. Llano's Paco Astonzas got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. MAKEMBA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
