Matro Cagigal was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Elorri Ugia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elorri Ugia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Matro Cagigal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elorri Ugia in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Estrella's goalkeeper Matro Cagigal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lluques Villasinda. After some careless play in the Malabar FC defense, Odon Cera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cloyo Ruelas. The Malabar FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cloyo Ruelas should have stopped the shot. Palban Muruve could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Matro Cagigal made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, Estrella's goal looked a bit too open when Elorri Ugia came free, but Matro Cagigal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Estrella's Matro Cagigal got control of the ball when Palban Muruve tried to sneak it across the goal line. Demario Sardaneta kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silverio Carbo during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Malabar FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Silverio Carbo hit a great ball. Cloyo Ruelas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odon Cera in the 42nd minute of play. Timeteo Sejomill charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timeteo Sejomill the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th match minute, Malabar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timeteo Sejomill to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Malabar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Odon Cera came free, but Cloyo Ruelas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garikoitz Rejon charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Garikoitz Rejon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elorri Ugia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Malabar FC's Elorri Ugia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matro Cagigal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Odon Cera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Demario Sardaneta kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Estrella's goalkeeper Matro Cagigal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute Palban Muruve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matro Cagigal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Estrella's goal looked a bit too open when Elorri Ugia came free, but Matro Cagigal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malabar FC's Cloyo Ruelas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Malabar FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Estrella's zone, Lluques Villasinda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matro Cagigal came out of the goal and Lluques Villasinda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Odon Cera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Candido Churruca kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Demario Sardaneta hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. If Palban Muruve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
