The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ramond Arnaez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pes Acevedo in the 4th minute of the match. Ramond Arnaez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Odon Cera, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Estrella's Matro Cagigal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Estrella from getting a goal against them. 16 minutes into the match, Estrella's goalkeeper Matro Cagigal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lourenco Ontavilla. Estrella's Odon Cera got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Estrella booed when Manantialito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loren Piñeros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Odon Cera stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Manantialito's defenders and the ball went out. Estrella appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. Matro Cagigal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lourenco Ontavilla in the 31st minute. Garikoitz Rejon's late challenge caught a Manantialito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Garikoitz Rejon helped the player get up and apologised. Garikoitz Rejon hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Odon Cera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Odon Cera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 47 minutes into the game, Estrella's Odon Cera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramond Arnaez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Odon Cera was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Manantialito's goalkeeper Ramond Arnaez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pes Acevedo. 59 minutes into the match, Odon Cera dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ramond Arnaez, 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Estrella's Pes Acevedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ramond Arnaez. That made the score 0-3 after 68 minutes of play. After 74 played minutes Estrella got a freekick which was hit by Ioritz Barrillos. Oso Galdo kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Odon Cera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramond Arnaez having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Demario Sardaneta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrella's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manantialito the free kick. Demario Sardaneta hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
