Joam Alegria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iaki Laviada in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Lajitas FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Tulio Catiti hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Jar's zone, Iaki Laviada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joam Alegria came out of the goal and Iaki Laviada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the match, Lajitas FC's Iaki Laviada sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joam Alegria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oxel Manglano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ourente Iribarne, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Ramone Viguri's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Oxel Manglano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Lajitas FC's Gaufred Fuentetaja got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Lajitas FC's Felix Freiria got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iaki Laviada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Goncalve Parral hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Jar's supporters rose to their feet, but Ourente Iribarne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oxel Manglano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramone Viguri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute, Ourente Iribarne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oxel Manglano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 69th minute of the match Aristides Maestre sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oxel Manglano skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramone Viguri in the 71st minute of play forced Lajitas FC's goalkeeper Oxel Manglano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ourente Iribarne came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Jar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ourente Iribarne couldn't finish the play. If Iaki Laviada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes Lajitas FC got a freekick which was hit by Iaki Laviada. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lajitas FC's goalkeeper Oxel Manglano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Lajitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ourente Iribarne came free, but Oxel Manglano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lajitas FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
