With 8 minutes on the clock, Josu Botejara commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Bizen Parserises fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Orellan having to interfere. In the 15th minute Domenec Santillan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inge Orellan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Grabiel Rotalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Domenec Santillan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inge Orellan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After having played for 23 minutes, Bizen Parserises managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naipo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bizen Parserises was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bizen Parserises received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Inge Orellan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inge Orellan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domenec Santillan in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Domenec Santillan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inge Orellan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 42nd minute, Isusko Herce sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Provincia FC's Inge Orellan didn't even have to move. Galeno Cangas might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Inge Orellan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Galeno Cangas ran back to his position shaking his head. 47 minutes into the match, Provincia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bizen Parserises came free, but Inge Orellan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domenec Santillan was the one to do the kick off. 61 minutes into the game, Aritza Celada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Naipo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Provincia FC the free kick. After 61 played minutes Naipo got a freekick which was hit by Aritza Celada. When Tanio Herriaga came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Provincia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanio Herriaga couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Bizen Parserises managed to get in a good position for a shot. Naipo's supporters rose to their feet, but Bizen Parserises was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Inge Orellan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Provincia FC's Inge Orellan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domenec Santillan in the 70th minute of play. Zaquiel Reigadas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanio Herriaga in the 72nd minute of play. Naipo's Domenec Santillan got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Juvenal Cea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Provincia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juvenal Cea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zaquiel Reigadas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tanio Herriaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 95th minute of the match Isusko Herce sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Inge Orellan skillfully saved the ball. Provincia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Naipo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Provincia FC's Martino Orue got a free kick in the 98th minute. The Provincia FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Naipo's performance. The match ended with a win for Naipo.
