Leoiar Losa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nesto Olasagasti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leoiar Losa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turi Garcidueñas in the 15th minute of the match. Bortzaioriz Garray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leoiar Losa having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Nesto Olasagasti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leoiar Losa. Pueblo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nesto Olasagasti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Horacio Jamilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Tavio Dacorrega's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olayo Motel was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Olayo Motel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tavio Dacorrega, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 42nd minute Tavio Dacorrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olayo Motel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee showed Turi Garcidueñas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pueblo booed when Caruru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Turi Garcidueñas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Caruru's zone, Tavio Dacorrega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olayo Motel came out of the goal and Tavio Dacorrega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olayo Motel came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pueblo's Tavio Dacorrega. But to his dismay, Tavio Dacorrega quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Olayo Motel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tavio Dacorrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bortzaioriz Garray in the 68th minute of play forced Pueblo's goalkeeper Leoiar Losa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perez Rodriguez hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Caruru's Nesto Olasagasti got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bortzaioriz Garray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Caruru defense, Tavio Dacorrega kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olayo Motel. The Caruru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olayo Motel should have stopped the shot. Pueblo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
