Denis Chago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corderro Villacis in the 13th minute of the match. Azeari Velamines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bahiano Santiso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, El Vigia FC's Santi Villamarin got a free kick in the 17th minute. Denis Chago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Corderro Villacis in the 19th minute of the match. Deunoro Ochotorena lost his temper 20 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Denis Chago came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by El Vigia FC's Corderro Villacis. But to his dismay, Corderro Villacis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Azeari Velamines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bahiano Santiso in the 27th minute of the match. ATLETICO NACIONAL's Denis Chago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corderro Villacis in the 29th minute of play. Jeraldo Mogrovejo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Santi Villamarin's late challenge caught a ATLETICO NACIONAL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santi Villamarin helped the player get up and apologised. Azeari Velamines made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bahiano Santiso in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to El Vigia FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. The ATLETICO NACIONAL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Denis Chago should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Sandaili Paris hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Bartolo Cadimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 60 in the game by Victorino Ayerza from a close distance when the talented Denis Chago managed to make a qualified save. ATLETICO NACIONAL's players were relieved. The supporters of ATLETICO NACIONAL booed when El Vigia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Ayerza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Victorino Ayerza managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Vigia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorino Ayerza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Chago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 68 minutes into the match, El Vigia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Venerando Sandino came free, but Azeari Velamines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corderro Villacis in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Chago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. ATLETICO NACIONAL's Denis Chago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save ATLETICO NACIONAL from getting a goal against them. Victorino Ayerza succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 86th playminute. El Vigia FC's Azeari Velamines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandaili Paris in the 90th minute of play. A hard shot 91 in the game by Corderro Villacis from a close distance when the talented Denis Chago managed to make a qualified save. ATLETICO NACIONAL's players were relieved. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for El Vigia FC. Victorino Ayerza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Denis Chago. 0-7. In the 98th minute, Corderro Villacis made a precise shot to the right of Denis Chago. ATLETICO NACIONAL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. El Vigia FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
