After 25 minutes of play, Troncos FC's Fernando Andaltia made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stephen Balaunde was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd minute, Chan Arcaya left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Nacional fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Troncos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chan Arcaya came free, but Traian Avram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Troncos FC's goalkeeper Traian Avram, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gonsalvo Dean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ursino Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Traian Avram having to interfere. Ursino Mina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Troncos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonsalvo Dean came free, but Traian Avram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Elorri Eguizabal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Troncos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Nacional the free kick. After having played for 83 minutes, Maximiliano Ayaso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Troncos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Ayaso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 84 played minutes Club Atletico Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Zamanillo. Stephen Balaunde acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Belasko Cagide. Fernando Andaltia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stephen Balaunde came out and tried to block the shot, but Fernando Andaltia slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Troncos FC's Silvino Ayon got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 94 played minutes Club Atletico Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Chan Arcaya.
