Cafeteros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lizardi Guiles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chico Pañalosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 10th minute of the match Jayvier Movellan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chico Pañalosa skillfully saved the ball. Chico Pañalosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lizardi Guiles, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Lizardi Guiles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Pañalosa was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bartoli Matheu to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adriano Colmenares during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes Soya FC got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Colmenares. Chico Pañalosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lizardi Guiles's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Soya FC's goalkeeper Chico Pañalosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jayvier Movellan. Irrintzi Piñeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Colmenares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, Lizardi Guiles lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Chico Pañalosa. In the 65th match minute, Soya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartoli Matheu to maneuver through the defense. In the 66thth minute of the game Lizardi Guiles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soya FC's Chico Pañalosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Cafeteros FC's Lizardi Guiles in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lizardi Guiles struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Chico Pañalosa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cafeteros FC. When Lleir Galaz fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soya FC's protests and gave Lleir Galaz a yellow card for diving instead. Lleir Galaz kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Artur Confercin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle sounded Cafeteros FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Soya FC.
