Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pacorro Aguilar made the kick off which started today's match. In the 7th match minute, ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Furman Salantes to maneuver through the defense. When Jordi Scherz came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the AFC United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jordi Scherz couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute Andries De Putter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin van der Sar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lei Bin made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Pacorro Aguilar sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd match minute, ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Lara to maneuver through the defense. Andries De Putter might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edwin van der Sar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andries De Putter ran back to his position shaking his head. Edwin van der Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andries De Putter in the 25th minute of the match. Pacorro Aguilar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AFC United's Andries De Putter got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Andries De Putter sped through ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edwin van der Sar. After 42 minutes of play, AFC United's Edward Huyghebaert made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edwin van der Sar was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 46th match minute, AFC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ken vrolix to maneuver through the defense.

Lei Bin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pacorro Aguilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pacorro Aguilar in the 56th minute of play forced AFC United's goalkeeper Lei Bin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andries De Putter got free with Edwin van der Sar in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute of the match, Edward Huyghebaert tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edwin van der Sar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andries De Putter got free with Edwin van der Sar in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andries De Putter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Edwin van der Sar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Pero Falla was substituted for Pacorro Aguilar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edward Huyghebaert in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edwin van der Sar saved ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ from getting behind. Lei Bin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pero Falla in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AFC United's zone, Pero Falla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lei Bin came out of the goal and Pero Falla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Huyghebaert in the 83rd minute of play forced ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edwin van der Sar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Asprilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Edwin van der Sar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustino Asprilla in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Pero Falla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lei Bin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 95 minutes into the match, Pero Falla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lei Bin. AFC United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pero Falla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. AFC United were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ to leave the ground with a draw.
