Cochera's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanislao Macon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lon Ocaña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lon Ocaña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorien Barbas in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Lorien Barbas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lon Ocaña. Camariro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorien Barbas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 42 minutes into the game, Cochera's Stanislao Macon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lon Ocaña made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stanislao Macon was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Camariro FC booed when Cochera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Lodeña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorien Barbas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Lon Ocaña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stanislao Macon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Cochera's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Quexal Aya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute Jerardo Bettencourt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hug Nuncibay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cochera! 81 minutes in the game, Stanislao Macon fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lon Ocaña having to interfere. Quexal Aya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Hug Nuncibay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Stanislao Macon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cochera's Hug Nuncibay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Cintron in the 88th minute of play. Quexal Aya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hug Nuncibay having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Cochera's goal looked a bit too open when Jerardo Bettencourt came free, but Hug Nuncibay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Camariro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Cintron to maneuver through the defense. The Cochera supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cochera would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
