Obispo FC's Heriberto Naves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benvido Bernalda in the 32nd minute of play. Cerilo Cabaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Galeno Lami fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cotiza FC's protests and gave Galeno Lami a yellow card for diving instead. Galeno Lami hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Xabel Orchua acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Xelo Cogollor. Obispo FC:s Heriberto Naves showed great skill when he stopped Xabat Ochotorena:s penalty. Cerilo Cabaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ebardo Bruna ran back to his position shaking his head. Obispo FC's Heriberto Naves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Obispo FC from getting a goal against them. Cerilo Cabaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Heriberto Naves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 97thth minute of the game Cerilo Cabaña who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Obispo FC's Heriberto Naves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Obispo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cotiza FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Cotiza FC.
