After a rather tough play, Cartanejo's Matias Amenabar got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cartanejo's goalkeeper Semeno Biñayo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cartanejo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Palachuou's Leoncio Pubill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Totakoxe Perrote in the 41st minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferrer Lariz to make the kick off. Cartanejo's Semeno Biñayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cordearo Mateos in the 51st minute of play. Lino Errarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Semeno Biñayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Semeno Biñayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordearo Mateos, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 63 played minutes Cartanejo got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Huera. In the 65th minute of the match Tallia Minayo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Semeno Biñayo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 74 minutes, Lino Errarte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palachuou and the Cartanejo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes Palachuou got a freekick which was hit by Lino Errarte. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordearo Mateos in the 78th minute of play forced Cartanejo's goalkeeper Semeno Biñayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Palachuou's Leoncio Pubill got control of the ball when Totakoxe Perrote tried to sneak it across the goal line.
