Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eliazar Gallardo started the match with the kick off. Todor Leiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute, one of Guaraca:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Guaraca. Guanoquito FC's Rogerio Corres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Foro Villaseñor in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Guanoquito FC's Jonas Cera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hodei Ladrada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rogerio Corres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Todor Leiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Cera got free with Hodei Ladrada in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Foro Villaseñor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rogerio Corres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Guanoquito FC defense, Todor Leiva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogerio Corres. The Guanoquito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogerio Corres should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
After a defensive mix-up in Guanoquito FC's zone, Foro Villaseñor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogerio Corres came out of the goal and Foro Villaseñor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Todor Leiva got free with Rogerio Corres in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rogerio Corres came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaraca's Foro Villaseñor. But to his dismay, Foro Villaseñor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Foro Villaseñor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Todor Leiva made a precise shot to the right of Rogerio Corres. Guanoquito FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Eliazar Gallardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute.
