In the 5th minute Eduardo Aubert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Fleytas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domenec Bellids short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Urdin Peñalba to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Yesquin booed when Auricia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Briseño didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bembe Mugica, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Domenec Bellid who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Urdin Peñalba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 17 minutes into the match, Yesquin's Donatello Nabarro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Urdin Peñalba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Aubert in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joachim Fleytas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Auricia's Urdin Peñalba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donatello Nabarro in the 22nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domenec Bellid got free with Urdin Peñalba in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Urdin Peñalba managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Yesquin's Domenec Bellid fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Aubert in the 30th minute of play forced Yesquin's goalkeeper Joachim Fleytas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Yesquin's goal looked a bit too open when Hotz Escapa came free, but Joachim Fleytas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardo Aubert in the 34th minute of play forced Yesquin's goalkeeper Joachim Fleytas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Donatello Nabarro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yesquin's supporters rose to their feet, but Donatello Nabarro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urdin Peñalba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donatello Nabarro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Auricia's Joachim Fleytas threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eduardo Aubert, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eduardo Aubert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domenec Bellid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Desiderio Briseño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donatello Nabarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Eustacio Sanabria kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joachim Fleytas. That made the score 1-2 in the 79 minute of play. Eustacio Sanabria hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Donatello Nabarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hotz Escapa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Joachim Fleytas made a huge save. Domenec Bellid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Eduardo Aubert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manex Masferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Yesquin supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Auricia's performance. The match ended with a win for Auricia.
