Hilario Vidales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heriberto España, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When Zadornin Traspalacios came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Chupaquire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zadornin Traspalacios couldn't finish the play. If Romo Boveda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Papo Remolina in the 29th minute of play forced Amparo's goalkeeper Llope Rujido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Llope Rujido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lazcano Torcida in the 31st minute of the match. If Lazcano Torcida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Papo Remolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zadornin Traspalacios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llope Rujido having to interfere. The wind increased when Papo Remolina made the kick off in the second half. Amparo's Andres Aramburu suffered a concussion in the 54th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Azeari Lomba during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Chupaquire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Azeari Lomba to maneuver through the defense. When %teams%'s Azeari Lomba was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-3 just inside the left pole, 59 minutes into the game. Llope Rujido was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Romo Boveda struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. A wasted opportunity for Amparo. 68 minutes into the game, Carlos Flor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amparo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chupaquire the free kick. A collision led to Amparo getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Carlos Flor hit a great ball. Lazcano Torcida charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lazcano Torcida the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lazcano Torcida kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After having played for 73 minutes, Heriberto España managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amparo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heriberto España was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th match minute, Chupaquire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Unai Bribiesca to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute of the match Sotil Vicente shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hilario Vidales showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carlos Flor was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a defensive mix-up in Amparo's zone, Zadornin Traspalacios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Llope Rujido came out of the goal and Zadornin Traspalacios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Papo Remolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Llope Rujido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zadornin Traspalacios in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Amparo's goalkeeper Llope Rujido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zadornin Traspalacios. Senin Osorio charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Senin Osorio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Amparo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Papo Remolina fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the match was over Chupaquire could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Amparo throughout the match.
