Tomas Peñuelas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Berrueta in the 8th minute of play. Xuban Diego who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Urdin Lobado when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Jamatuba FC booed when Apamate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo-Enrique Berrueta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Inclan kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo-Enrique Berrueta in the 20th minute of play forced Jamatuba FC's goalkeeper Tomas Peñuelas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Xuban Diego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tomas Peñuelas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidencio Freiria in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Apamate FC's Fidencio Freiria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Peñuelas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xuban Diego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Urdin Lobado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fidencio Freiria stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Arlo Ziarza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo-Enrique Berrueta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Tomas Peñuelas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Pablo-Enrique Berrueta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidencio Freiria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Apamate FC's Fidencio Freiria got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Fidencio Freiria came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Apamate FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidencio Freiria couldn't finish the play. Pablo-Enrique Berrueta might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Peñuelas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo-Enrique Berrueta ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute Fidencio Freiria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Peñuelas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pablo-Enrique Berrueta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Tomas Peñuelas made a huge save. Apamate FC's Pablo-Enrique Berrueta got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Montez Heneses succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Pablo-Enrique Berrueta struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Tomas Peñuelas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apamate FC.
