Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dimo Peñalba kicked off to start the match. Cordario Castelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sesuldo Ameztoy in the 8th minute of play. Lander Sampayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cordario Castelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sesuldo Ameztoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Naranjito's Xicu Riopedre got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xicu Riopedre in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cordario Castelo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patillita's Cordario Castelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xicu Riopedre in the 27th minute of play. Xicu Riopedre scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cordario Castelo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute Sesuldo Ameztoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cordario Castelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Naranjito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Zugarrondo to maneuver through the defense.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sesuldo Ameztoy to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Lander Sampayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zeledon Matos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lander Sampayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dimo Peñalba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Zeledon Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Naranjito's goal looked a bit too open when Lander Sampayo came free, but Zeledon Matos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimo Peñalba struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Zeledon Matos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patillita. Sesuldo Ameztoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordario Castelo having to interfere. Donzel Horna struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Zeledon Matos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patillita. Dimo Peñalba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Zeledon Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeledon Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimo Peñalba in the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Naranjito's zone, Lander Sampayo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Matos came out of the goal and Lander Sampayo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lander Sampayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Zeledon Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Naranjito walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
