Polo Seoane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oihenarte Hermosilla having to interfere. Caio Cañedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Ruich, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. A collision led to Chirere getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ramos Sotuela hit a great ball. Pasaguaca's Froilan Ruich got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ambrosio Larrangos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oihenarte Hermosilla having to interfere. In the 16th minute Polo Seoane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oihenarte Hermosilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Polo Seoane might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oihenarte Hermosilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Polo Seoane ran back to his position shaking his head. If Leoncio Galbarruri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The wind increased when Polo Seoane made the kick off in the second half.
