Jorge Farran scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rito Llorden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 41 minutes, Diego Villalambrus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The wind increased when Duarte Serrano made the kick off in the second half. Ingenieros FC's Rito Llorden proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Ingenieros FC from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Rito Llorden successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 56 minutes, Duarte Serrano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Farran in the 86th minute of play forced Ingenieros FC's goalkeeper Rito Llorden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Icaparu to win.
