Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Xuoco Maroño made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Carucumeru's Cayetano Pereda seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cayetano Pereda the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Carucumeru protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cayetano Pereda had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Carucumeru:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mamon:s goal. Prospero Castilla had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Tonio Villalain's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Prospero Castilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filipe Hevia's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Mamon's Xuoco Maroño got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute Filipe Hevia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Castilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prospero Castilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xuoco Maroño in the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Mamon's goalkeeper Simon Alzorbe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valente Ocasio. Xuoco Maroño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Castilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carucumeru's Mergildo Casias got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Xuoco Maroño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes into the match, Carucumeru's goal looked a bit too open when Filipe Hevia came free, but Prospero Castilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Filipe Hevia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Castilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Valente Ocasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valente Ocasio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Simon Alzorbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Filipe Hevia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Hevia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valente Ocasio made a kick off. Prospero Castilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xuoco Maroño's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Prospero Castilla had great luck who in the 55thth minute grab hold of the ball when Xuoco Maroño from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Filipe Hevia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Castilla having to interfere. Prospero Castilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xuoco Maroño showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 60 minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Bilintx Dueñas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mamon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carucumeru the free kick. A collision led to Mamon getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Bilintx Dueñas hit a great ball. Carucumeru's Prospero Castilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xuoco Maroño in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of Carucumeru booed when Mamon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcones Olabarrieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Demesio Marchamalo hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Filipe Hevias short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Prospero Castilla to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Filipe Hevia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Prospero Castilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xuoco Maroño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Alzorbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valente Ocasio in the 87th minute of play. Mamon's Filipe Hevia got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filipe Hevia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Prospero Castilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mamon were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
