Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Santi Velarde kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Morichibi's Mario Meldasgoas got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frantzes Macilla got free with Cristo Vivanco in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Cristo Vivanco managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Maporilito's Jax Salvadores fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Claudio Herreras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Santi Velarde got free in front of the goal in the 18th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Felipillo Semprun was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Morichibi's zone, Elpidio Mazariegos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Vivanco came out of the goal and Elpidio Mazariegos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the game, Arnau Masana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morichibi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maporilito the free kick. After 22 played minutes Morichibi got a freekick which was hit by Arnau Masana. Frantzes Macilla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Cristo Vivanco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Claudio Herreras came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Morichibi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Herreras couldn't finish the play. Felipillo Semprun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santi Velarde, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Jax Salvadores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Cristo Vivanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristo Vivanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jax Salvadores, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jax Salvadores in the 38th minute of play forced Morichibi's goalkeeper Cristo Vivanco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bastian Fauria struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Felipillo Semprun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morichibi. Frantzes Macilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Cristo Vivanco made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jax Salvadores stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jax Salvadores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Cristo Vivanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 61st minute of the match Arnau Masana completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Arnau Masana a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 62nd match minute, Morichibi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnau Masana to maneuver through the defense. Cristo Vivanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jax Salvadores, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Frantzes Macilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Vivanco having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Frantzes Macilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Jax Salvadores managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maporilito's supporters rose to their feet, but Jax Salvadores was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Vivanco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Morichibi's Claudio Herreras got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Claudio Herreras notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Maporilito's Felipillo Semprun. Felipillo Semprun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 92 minutes into the match, Morichibi's goal looked a bit too open when Jax Salvadores came free, but Cristo Vivanco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match, Claudio Herreras got a very nice opportunity to score, but Felipillo Semprun was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Morichibi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
