Abrea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yoco FC the free kick. If Delmiro Jeantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tino Arrillaga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Feliz Romani when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tino Arrillaga got free with Feliz Romani in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ospin Barrio hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Yoco FC's Iratze Amestoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ourente Provencio in the 29th minute of play. Llanos Santander hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A collision led to Abrea getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Zuri Miera hit a great ball. After 48 minutes, Opilano Teresa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abrea and the Yoco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zorion Tabliega placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cordarrel Goicoolea made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Abrea's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zorion Tabliega was slow to take the kick. During this time Yoco FC's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper, Iratze Amestoy, was totally fooled by Abrea's Opilano Teresa, who 69 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Feliz Romani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordarrel Goicoolea, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Ourente Provencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iratze Amestoy having to interfere. Yoco FC's Iratze Amestoy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Yoco FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Jeantes got free with Iratze Amestoy in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliz Romani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cordarrel Goicoolea in the 92nd minute of the match. Tino Arrillaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Feliz Romani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliz Romani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordarrel Goicoolea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Abrea's goal looked a bit too open when Tino Arrillaga came free, but Feliz Romani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Abrea would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
