Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pepe Montalvo started the match with the kick off. Euloxu Cuenca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franko Iscar in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute Franko Iscar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Euloxu Cuenca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pepe Montalvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Euloxu Cuenca having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Mulatal FC's Pepe Montalvo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Euloxu Cuenca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Satordi Mazuca charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Satordi Mazuca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Mulatal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Satordi Mazuca to maneuver through the defense. Ruisko Salterain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cordara Alejandro in the 20th minute. Chamita FC's Cordara Alejandro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Maximo Laboy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Euloxu Cuenca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepe Montalvo, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Pepe Montalvo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Euloxu Cuenca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Erasmo Jesus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute, Pepe Montalvo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

If Cordara Alejandro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pepe Montalvo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Euloxu Cuenca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Chamita FC's Euloxu Cuenca got control of the ball when Franko Iscar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Franko Iscar might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Euloxu Cuenca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franko Iscar ran back to his position shaking his head. Pepe Montalvo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 62nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Pepe Montalvo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Euloxu Cuenca when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Chamita FC booed when Mulatal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pepe Montalvo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pepe Montalvo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Maximo Laboy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Chamita FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mulatal FC:s goal. Heitor Guifens placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The audience was convinced that Pepe Montalvo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Euloxu Cuenca was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 82 minutes into the game, Jacinto Carrios was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chamita FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mulatal FC the free kick. After 82 played minutes Chamita FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Carrios. With an all-out effort, Mulatal FC's Euloxu Cuenca threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pepe Montalvo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 87th minute, Mulatal FC's Franko Iscar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Euloxu Cuenca. Euloxu Cuenca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. If Cordara Alejandro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mulatal FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
