Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Criston Miramontes made the kick off and thus started the match. Teofilio Naveda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ximen Escolar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chico Caceres in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piarres Velicia in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uriel Jibaja saved Lucindo from getting behind. When Unai Hernaez fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lucindo's protests and gave Unai Hernaez a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bernal FC booed when Lucindo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unai Hernaez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Artemio Salinas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Uriel Jibaja showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 33rd minute Criston Miramontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Jibaja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico Caceres in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ximen Escolar saved Bernal FC from getting behind. When Unai Hernaez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 40 minutes had been played. A collision led to Lucindo getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Unai Hernaez hit a great ball. Uriel Jibaja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piarres Velicia, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute of the match Bernal FC got a corner. Lucindo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Artemio Salinas ran over to the corner to take the kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 51st minute, Abel Genova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Bernal FC's Artemio Salinas tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Teofilio Naveda came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Lucindo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilio Naveda couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Lucindo booed when Bernal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Salinas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Bernal FC's Piarres Velicia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uriel Jibaja made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Criston Miramontes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Bernal FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bernal FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
