If Joseph Murguiondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Palamora FC's zone, Ximenez Grande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Betadur Beneit came out of the goal and Ximenez Grande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Corosal FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Blasi Pantojas hit a great ball. If Aristides Solana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Firmin Pallares came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Corosal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Firmin Pallares couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute Firmin Pallares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betadur Beneit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lopes Maruca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palamora FC.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joseph Murguiondo to make the kick off. Monico Oruña kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Lopes Maruca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Solana in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that Joseph Murguiondo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lopes Maruca was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 81st match minute, Palamora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nerio Cianca to maneuver through the defense. If Firmin Pallares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Firmin Pallares came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Corosal FC fans jumped to their feet.
