The Cocotero FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Crispo Ruy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Estramiana in the 13th minute of the match. If Iztal Mecaur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Mapiricure FC booed when Cocotero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandro Caselles didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Iztal Mecaur who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cocotero FC's Luis-Antonio Pañalosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Locaio Soldevila in the 23rd minute of play forced Cocotero FC's goalkeeper Luis-Antonio Pañalosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis-Antonio Pañalosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Locaio Soldevila in the 24th minute of the match. Iztal Mecaur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hustaz Cerezo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Crispo Ruy. 2-0. After 33 played minutes Mapiricure FC got a freekick which was hit by Iztal Mecaur. Luis-Antonio Pañalosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iztal Mecaur, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. When Locaio Soldevila came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Mapiricure FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Locaio Soldevila couldn't finish the play. Iztal Mecaur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luis-Antonio Pañalosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iztal Mecaur in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when George Estramiana made the kick off in the second half. When Cocotero FC's George Estramiana in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 70th minute, Locaio Soldevila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cocotero FC's zone, Iztal Mecaur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis-Antonio Pañalosa came out of the goal and Iztal Mecaur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mapiricure FC's Crispo Ruy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Estramiana in the 75th minute of play. Crispo Ruy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermon Villazan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cocotero FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iztal Mecaur 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Hermon Villazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Crispo Ruy having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermon Villazan in the 91st minute of play forced Mapiricure FC's goalkeeper Crispo Ruy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute of the match Zosimo Revenga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luis-Antonio Pañalosa skillfully saved the ball. When Mapiricure FC's Locaio Soldevila in 96 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Luis-Antonio Pañalosa guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Locaio Soldevila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute.
