With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil Buerga in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelino Cuyar saved Tumina FC from getting behind. Gil Buerga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mark Arejola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gartzea Chasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikelats Romai in the 13th minute of play. Lawrence Sastrias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Becerro in the 24th minute of play forced Caraqueno FC's goalkeeper Gartzea Chasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Caraqueno FC's goalkeeper Gartzea Chasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Arejola. Sergio Becerro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute Sergio Becerro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gartzea Chasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Arejolas short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Gartzea Chasco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 34 minutes into the match, Caraqueno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Becerro came free, but Gartzea Chasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Buerga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes Tumina FC got a freekick which was hit by Pabla Mollinedo. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Gil Buerga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caraqueno FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gil Buerga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Cuyar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lawrence Sastrias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Tumina FC's Marcelino Cuyar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gil Buerga in the 66th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tumina FC's zone, Gil Buerga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelino Cuyar came out of the goal and Gil Buerga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lawrence Sastrias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Cuyar having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tumina FC's goalkeeper Marcelino Cuyar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th match minute, Caraqueno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremy Portugal to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 78 minutes, Mark Arejola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tumina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mark Arejola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gartzea Chasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Becerro, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Gartzea Chasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Becerro in the 82nd minute of the match. If Mark Arejola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 played minutes Caraqueno FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Pipa. If Lawrence Sastrias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The referee ignored Caraqueno FC's protests and gave Fernan Pipa a yellow card for diving instead. Fernan Pipa hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
