Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Blasi Navaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 minutes, Blasi Navaes made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Requen FC's Delmiro Albizu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Blasi Navaes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Dominix Camison received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Delmiro Albizu came out and tried to block the shot, but Dominix Camison slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. Dominix Camison struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Delmiro Albizu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rodeo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joseba Olmos during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rodeo booed when Requen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseba Olmos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmiro Albizu was a little too slow when Blasi Navaes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 3-0. Horado Rivacoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mannie Morcillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Louis Baelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horado Rivacoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Mannie Morcillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mannie Morcillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The audience was convinced that Blasi Navaes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmiro Albizu was relentless in the 77th minute of the game.
