Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Guajira FC's Pedro Pacios started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Guajira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonsalve Tofino came free, but Maximo Domaquia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Guasima's goal looked a bit too open when Laurin Bolonga came free, but Gonzales Camudio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Pedro Pacios made a precise shot to the right of Gonzales Camudio. Guasima's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Maximo Domaquia made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Ramiro Alderete sent off a good shot on target. After 24 played minutes Guajira FC got a freekick which was hit by Constancio Baldes. Ramiro Alderete recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzales Camudio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Pacios's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Espiridion Pabon kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Gonsalve Tofino struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Maximo Domaquia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guasima. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonsalve Tofino in the 32nd minute of play forced Guajira FC's goalkeeper Maximo Domaquia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Espiridion Pabon's late challenge caught a Guasima's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Espiridion Pabon helped the player get up and apologised. Espiridion Pabon hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Ramiro Alderete could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Maximo Domaquia made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Pacios in the 38th minute of play forced Guasima's goalkeeper Gonzales Camudio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gonsalve Tofino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Guasima's Cayo Oterino got a free kick in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Gonsalve Tofino made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Guajira FC defense, Gonsalve Tofino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximo Domaquia. The Guajira FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximo Domaquia should have stopped the shot. When Ramiro Alderete came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Guasima fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Alderete couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Guasima booed when Guajira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Espiridion Pabon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramiro Alderete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurin Bolonga might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gonzales Camudio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laurin Bolonga ran back to his position shaking his head. Gonzales Camudio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Pacios in the 70th minute of the match. Gonsalve Tofino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximo Domaquia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Alderete in the 74th minute of the match. Guajira FC's Maximo Domaquia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonsalve Tofino in the 75th minute of play. Gonsalve Tofino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximo Domaquia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonsalve Tofino, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 88th minute, Furman Bultron made a precise shot to the right of Maximo Domaquia. Guajira FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Ramiro Alderete took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximo Domaquia. Maximo Domaquia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Guasima's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
