When Marian Mavrogheni came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Carmen Elena F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marian Mavrogheni couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Hitz Saes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Jeantes was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Hitz Saes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Roland Jeantes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Gizon Perlines notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Carmen Elena F.C.'s Poz Burualla. Poz Burualla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Roland Jeantes managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Carmen Elena F.C.'s Hitz Saes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Carmen Elena F.C. defense, Intxixu Lete kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Poz Burualla. The Carmen Elena F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Poz Burualla should have stopped the shot. Intxixu Lete scored 0-3 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Poz Burualla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marian Mavrogheni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roland Jeantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hitz Saes, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Marian Mavrogheni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Carmen Elena F.C. booed when Roncadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Llata didn't get a good kick on the ball. Poz Burualla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Intxixu Lete in the 40th minute of play. Carmen Elena F.C.'s Poz Burualla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timeteo Hompanera in the 42nd minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hitz Saes was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hitz Saes in the 52nd minute of play forced Roncadores's goalkeeper Roland Jeantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Intxixu Lete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Poz Burualla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Marian Mavrogheni ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Jeantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Gizon Perlines hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Roland Jeantes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hitz Saes's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Marian Mavrogheni might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roland Jeantes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marian Mavrogheni ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Mavrogheni in the 76th minute of play forced Roncadores's goalkeeper Roland Jeantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Hitz Saes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hitz Saes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Roland Jeantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Gizon Perlines hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hitz Saes might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roland Jeantes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hitz Saes ran back to his position shaking his head. Roland Jeantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hitz Saes, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the final whistle went the supporters of Roncadores were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Carmen Elena F.C. side.
