In the 5th minute, Gaur Sola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Muchinga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tajo Urtaran came free, but Xavieon Orihuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saul Sarasola was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. The referee gave Muchinga FC a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Xabel Ansola, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Montero's Loramendi Ceron. 1-0. If Victor Guinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tajo Urtaran in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xavieon Orihuela saved Muchinga FC from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Montero's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Vicente came free, but Loramendi Ceron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Loramendi Ceron made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Victor Guinea sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute Tajo Urtaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavieon Orihuela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xavieon Orihuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tajo Urtaran, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 40th match minute, Muchinga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baraquiel Borras to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Vicente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd play minute Tajo Urtaran came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Xavieon Orihuela. 1-1. In the 56th match minute, Montero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haritz Ormaechea to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Haritz Ormaechea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Victor Guinea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baraquiel Borras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Loramendi Ceron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Victor Guinea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Muchinga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Guinea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Loramendi Ceron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Vicente in the 69th minute of play forced Montero's goalkeeper Loramendi Ceron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Guinea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Boliaga charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fausto Boliaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fausto Boliaga hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nando Marsol during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Montero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Marsol to maneuver through the defense. Xabel Ansola took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Loramendi Ceron. Montero's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Loramendi Ceron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquin Vicente, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Haritz Ormaechea kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Vermudo Seca fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Muchinga FC's protests and gave Vermudo Seca a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Muchinga FC got a freekick which was hit by Vermudo Seca. Tajo Urtaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Xavieon Orihuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Montero's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Vicente came free, but Loramendi Ceron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Montero's Loramendi Ceron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Vicente in the 92nd minute of play. Haritz Ormaechea kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Muchinga FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Montero had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
