Evaristo Cabriada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Quejura got free with Gutierre Canado in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Pamo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Barbajero to make the kick off. If Xepe Morell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muno Mayen was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 58 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Boconoito:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Plantacion FC:s goal. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Plantacion FC. Osmundo Barrena stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gutierre Canado. 1-2. 65 minutes into the match, Plantacion FC's goalkeeper Evaristo Cabriada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Pamo. Boconoito's Gutierre Canado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Quejura in the 67th minute of play. Xepe Morell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gutierre Canado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Cabriada didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Pamo went, in the 98th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Boconoito walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
