Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Claudio Rio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Juarbe in the 5th minute of play forced Cania's goalkeeper Jeronimo Cura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Xacobo Castañon could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Estevam Ruidiaz however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Arismendi getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Andrea Ramires hit a great ball. Estevam Ruidiaz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xacobo Castañon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Cania's Claudio Rio got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeronimo Cura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Juarbe, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Cania's Jeronimo Cura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Juarbe in the 23rd minute of play. Xacobo Castañon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Estevam Ruidiaz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. After 26 played minutes Arismendi got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Ramires. In the 31st minute, Palban Cifuentes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 32 minutes, Claudio Rio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Rio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Evelio Juarbe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Cania:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Arismendi:s goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lixandro Oruña to make the kick off. Jeronimo Cura made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Evelio Juarbe sent off a good shot on target. Estevam Ruidiaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Rio in the 53rd minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Arismendi's Lixandro Oruña dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cania fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Cania:s Jeronimo Cura showed great skill when he stopped Frantxizko Miras:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Arismendi's Frantxizko Miras got a free kick in the 71st minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 74 minutes into the game, when Frantxizko Miras put in a rough tackle. Claudio Rio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Estevam Ruidiaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Arismendi's Andrea Ramires got a free kick in the 85th minute. Estevam Ruidiaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benat Rubi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
